Shipping is typically 3-5 business days depending on the mail, delays, holidays, etc...

We ship all packages through United States Postal Services. Unless it's an international package in which case we use Fed Ex.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.

Thanks for shopping Hollywood Hair! There will be no refunds on any processed hair. And all refunds will be determined by owners approval only. You must contact us for a verbal approval of a refund. We at Hollywood Hair understand that sometimes us girls change our minds or make a simple mistake. So we will gladly exchange any unopened packages for the right one.
