Thanks for shopping Hollywood Hair! There will be no refunds on any processed hair. And all refunds will be determined by owners approval only. You must contact us for a verbal approval of a refund. We at Hollywood Hair understand that sometimes us girls change our minds or make a simple mistake. So we will gladly exchange any unopened packages for the right one.
